Can I try Lystra before I purchase a subscription? Yes. Lystra will give you five lessons for free when you download it, and five more free lessons when you register. You can decide to purchase a subscription as an in-app purchase option.

What is the difference between the three subscription types? The three monthly subscription types differ in the number of lessons and of teacher corrections they offer. A Gold Premium subscription provides 15 lessons per week and two teacher corrections a month, the Silver Premium subscription provides 10 lessons per week and one teacher correction a month, and the Bronze Premium subscription provides 5 lessons per week and no teacher correction.

How can I purchase a subscription? You can purchase a subscription as an in-app purchase option in Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on your device.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time? In Google Play, you can cancel your subscription from the My Apps screen in the Play Store app. Your subscription will be cancelled as of the following month. In the Apple App Store, go to your Account Settings and turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription. Your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

How can I change my subscription package? After cancelling the current subscription, you will have to wait for all your subscribed lessons to arrive. You can start a new subscription only afterwards. For example, let’s suppose you subscribe to a bronze pack on the 1st, and cancel it on the 2nd. You will be able to subscribe to a silver or gold pack on the 28th, after you have received all the subscribed lessons for the four weeks of the month.

Can I use my subscription across multiple devices? Yes. Use the same account credentials to log in across devices and/or operating systems.

How will I receive my weekly lessons? The first set of lessons becomes downloadable right after the purchase of a subscription. You will receive a notification and the new lessons will appear in the app. Tap and download them on your device. From the time of the purchase of a subscription, you will get new learning material on a weekly basis as long as your subscription is active.

How can I move on from one lesson to the next? Within a skill, you can move on to the next lesson if you have completed all the activities and achieved a minimum of 70% for the current lesson.

How do statistics reflect my performance? Your ranking is based on the number of completed activities, your performance percentage and the amount of time you used up to complete the tasks. Results can change if you redo the tasks and submit new answers.

What do statistics show, and what governs the ranking list? Statistics are made up of the stage you are at, your performance in the activities, and the solution time. It is possible that a person with fewer completed lessons is ranked higher because better performance weighs more than quick progress.

Why does my performance displayed in the statistics not correspond to the arc around the lesson? Statistics display your performance in the completed activities. The arc around the lesson indicates how much of the lesson you have completed successfully.

When will I receive the teacher’s correction? Depending on the availability of our teachers, you will get the correction within 72 hours of submitting your answers. On occasion, correction can take as little as a few minutes or a couple of hours.

Why do I find activities not requiring teacher correction under the teacher feedback menu item?
There are a few activities that allow for a couple of correct answers. If your answer is different from the default one, our teacher will determine if it is still correct or not. This teacher evaluation is free for you- it is our gift to you. If you give such a dubious answer, the evaluation will appear shortly under the teacher feedback section.

I am not receiving the expected service. If the purchased material does not download onto your mobile device due to a failure at our end, or if you do not receive the teacher’s correction on your submitted answers, just let us know and we will find a solution as soon as possible.

If I register, will I lose my answers to the activities I completed before registration? No. After registration, you can resume using the application where you left off. The default scenario is that once you have set up an account, you will use the application logged in to this account. However, if you log out and then use the application again as a guest user (i.e., without logging in, e.g., on someone else’s phone) your answers given as a guest user will not be linked to your account the next time you log in.

Will I need a continuous Internet connection to use the application? No. You will need Internet connection to download lessons, to submit answers for teacher correction, and to receive teacher correction. You do not need Internet connection to use the already downloaded lessons.
